Please read ALL policies before making any purchase.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return items to us in its original condition with no damages or alterations otherwise your return will be refused. After receiving your oder you have 7 business days to notify us of any return intentions. Once notified you have 7 additional business days to mail items back to us. If your package is not received within given time frame no refund will be given. Buyer pays shipping on all returns and a restocking fee will be charged.
If item is damaged when received send us a picture within 24 hours so we can rectify the situation and replace the damaged goods.
If any item has been customized or altered to order it has become non returnable.
Quality
It is very important to me that items used in my creations are of great quality and ethically sourced. I hand pick all crystals and gemstones from companies that have ethical practices.
Additional Information
All Lauren Bensley Jewelry is handcrafted with time and care. I use techniques with tools, hammers and torches. Silversmithing by hand means that each piece will have variations and possibly very slight imperfections, but that's what makes every item unique. I try my very best to show the accurate color of every stone used and never use filters. Although some items may look the same using natural stones will create slight unique variations in each stone. no stone is identical. Please understand that you monitor settings and mobile settings may affect the way colors appear.
Caring For Your Jewelry
While I strive to make strong jewelry stones and metals are naturally sensitive. Do not submerge your jewelry in the pool, hot tub, shower or anything of the like. This can cause damage to the stones and will tarnish the silver. If your item needs cleaning a silver polishing cloth will do the job. Do not attempt to reshape or resize and jewelry on your own. This can cause the distortion of settings and stones to fall out. If this happens we can fix it but buyer will pay for stone replacement and labor to have it repaired.
Sizing or Adjusting
If you see an item you love that isn't in your size it may be adjusted for a $10 adjustment fee. You may also order a custom size but please allow for the extra time it might take to get similar stones if not in stock. Custom and adjusted jewelry in invalid for returns.
